We are a London-based cleaning and maintenance company providing communal area cleaning services to residential and commercial properties across London. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Assistant to join our team.
The Role
This is a hands-on role supporting senior members of our cleaning team. You will assist with the cleaning and upkeep of communal areas within residential and commercial properties, helping to maintain high standards across our portfolio.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in delivering high standards, and is looking for flexible part-time employment.
Duties Include
- Assisting senior cleaners with communal area cleaning
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting communal areas
- Cleaning entrance halls, stairwells, lifts and corridors
- Assisting with bin store cleaning and waste management duties
- Reporting any maintenance issues to senior staff
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining company standards across all sites
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to undertake physical work throughout the day
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
Working Hours
- Part-time position
- 2 days per week
- Additional hours may be available
