Your work will encompass a variety of transactions, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold matters, as well as remortgages.

Instead, your earnings will be directly tied to the number of files you complete, allowing for significant financial rewards. In fact, many of our consultants are on track to make over £200k, demonstrating the incredible earning potential that comes with dedication and efficiency in your work.
As a valued member of our team, you will have access to an unlimited database of instructions, enabling you to streamline your workflow and enhance your productivity. You will also work exclusively with qualified Conveyancers and Solicitors, ensuring you are surrounded by a network of experienced professionals who are committed to excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and approving various legal documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Providing a responsive service that delivers clear and concise legal advice to clients, helping them navigate their transactions with confidence.
- Engaging with clients regularly to build strong relationships and ensure their needs are met throughout the process.
- You will be offered paralegal support, who will assist with onboarding new clients, providing updates on case progress, and helping with post-completion activities to ensure a seamless experience.
