We are looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Personal Assistant/Carer to support two young adults who require full-time care.
This rewarding role involves working 12-hour shifts in partnership with 4 other PA’s providing consistent, person-centred support in a friendly and positive environment.
About the Role:
- Supporting two young adults with their daily living needs
Providing personal care and assistance with routines and activities
Encouraging independence, wellbeing, and engagement in everyday life
Working closely with other support workers on opposite shifts to ensure continuity of care
Maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive atmosphere
Hours:
- Flexible working pattern to include overnights
- Hours may increase or decrease depending on care requirements and circumstances
Wage Rate: £13.50 per hour
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Able to work independently and as part of a team
A good communicator with a positive attitude
Experienced in care work (preferred but not essential, as the right attitude is most important)
Committed to providing high-quality support
