As our new Biology Lecturer, you will teach across a rich and varied programme offer, from A Level Biology and BTEC Science to T Level Laboratory Science and Access to HE Diploma courses, working with learners aged 16 and above across both FE and HE levels. You will bring biology and bioscience to life through engaging, inclusive teaching in both practical and theory settings, helping learners achieve strong outcomes and progress to university, employment or further study.
This role carries genuine responsibility. As well as delivering across the Science curriculum, you will take on course management responsibilities within the department, playing a leadership role in shaping learner experience. It is a role for someone who wants more than a teaching job and is ready to contribute to a team that is growing in size, ambition and offer.
