Tottenham | £17.00–£18.50/hr (£38,675–£42,087.50 per year) | Full-time, Permanent (40 hours), with additional earnings of £50 a day for completing on call for your home.

We are seeking a skilled Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager, guide staff, and ensure the highest standards of care. We are seeking an Deputy Manager to help lead our 'Good' team to the next level of care.

The Role
- Support the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations
- Lead and mentor staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care
- Oversee care plans, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted standards
- Build positive relationships with young people, staff, and external professionals
- Step up to manage the home in the Manager’s absence
What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Residential Childcare (essential)
- Working towards or willing to complete Level 5 Leadership (funded)
- 2+ years in residential childcare, including supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Calm, resilient, and therapeutic approach under pressure
- Full UK driving licence preferred
