Eccleston Court Care Home is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN) to join our friendly and supportive team.
We are currently recruiting for:
- Day Nurse – 3 shifts per week
- Bank Registered Nurses – Flexible hours to suit your availability

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with residents' individual care plans.
- Administer and manage medications safely and effectively.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care.
- Lead and support the care team throughout your shift.
- Monitor residents' wellbeing and respond appropriately to any changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
- Liaise with GPs, healthcare professionals and relatives to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
- Promote dignity, independence and choice at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- A caring, compassionate and resident-focused approach.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in elderly care is desirable but not essential.
- A commitment to delivering high standards of care.
