Responsibilities
- Assist residents or clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support

- Maintain clear communication with team members, clients, and their families regarding care routines and progress
- Use IT systems to update records, document care activities, and track client needs accurately
- Drive or accompany clients on errands or appointments when required, ensuring safe transportation
- Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns promptly to senior staff or healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Valid driving license and ability to drive safely for home care visits or outings
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care support is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic IT skills for updating electronic care records and documentation
- Strong communication skills to interact empathetically with clients, families, and team members
- Knowledge of care plans and procedures to deliver consistent quality support
- Willingness to work flexibly across various shifts as needed
