Responsibilities
- Carryout high-quality cleaning to company standards.
- Perform deep clean, end of tenancy clean, Airbnb turnover, office cleaning and communal area cleaning.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitise, and disinfectant designated areas.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and communal spaces thoroughly.
- Report maintenance issues or property damage where identified.
- Follow company health and safety procedures.
- Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism.
- Arrived punctually and complete work within agreed timescales.
- Work independently and as part of a team when required.
Essential Requirements:
Applicants must have:
- Minimum one year professional cleaning experience.
- Previous experience on domestic, commercial Airbnb, or end of tenancy cleaning experience.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Self-employed status pr willingness to register as self-employed.
- UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) number or willingness to obtain one.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of reliability and punctuality
- Smart phone with internet access.
- Ability to travel to cleaning locations across Newcastle and surrounding areas.
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
The following are desirable and will strengthen your application:
i. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
ii. Your own cleaning equipment and products
For certain contracts).
iii. COSHH awareness.
iv. Experience using professional cleaning equipments.
v. DBS certificate (preferred for some contracts).
vi. Public liability insurance.
