Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the community, promoting our energy efficiency grants to help homes save money. This position requires a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Duties
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with residents, identifying households that meet our criteria.
- Collect data and qualifying evidence from customers .
- Build rapport with the customers to foster positive relationships and explain the product customer journey.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and report findings to the team.
- Attend training sessions to stay informed about our objectives and best practices in canvassing.
Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player.
- Organizational skills to manage time effectively and keep accurate records.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing needed. Air source Heat pump or solar PV knowledge is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and resilience in facing challenges during canvassing efforts.

Pay: £50,000.00-£120,000.00 per year
