Working behind the scenes, we support financial advisers, mortgage brokers and other professional firms by providing specialist drafting and technical services for their clients. Our experienced team prepares wills, LPAs and related legal documents, giving our professional partners the confidence to offer a high-quality estate planning service.
We are looking for an administrator to join our team in Lincoln.
The Role
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our business. You'll be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, helping to process client cases, maintain accurate records and support both colleagues and professional partners. This is a varied role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Processing cases using our case management systems
- Raising and processing invoices
- Handling enquiries by telephone and email
- Reviewing documents for accuracy and identifying errors
- Liaising with government departments and external organisations
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Requirements
Previous administration experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
- Is comfortable using computer systems and software
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Can manage their workload effectively
- Works well as part of a team
Salary
£26,000 per annum
Start Date
From 7 September 2026.
Working Hours
We operate a four-day working week while maintaining full office cover Monday to Friday.
- 36 hours per week
- Four days per week
- Your regular non-working day can be chosen, subject to team availability and business requirements
From time to time, additional hours may be required to provide cover during periods of holiday or sickness absence
Office / Home Working
The role is primarily office-based due to the need to manage incoming and outgoing post. However, following successful completion of your probationary period, some home working may be possible, subject to business requirements and office cover from other members of the administration team.
Pay: £26,000.00 per year
