Domestic Cleaner & Driver – York
Immediate Start Available | Daytime Hours Only
We’re a small, family-run domestic cleaning company based at Clifton Moor, and we’re looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who take pride in high standards. If you like things clean, organised, and done properly, you’ll fit in well with our team.
Hours that actually work:
Shifts between 8am – 5pm
2–4 shifts per week
Monday to Friday working
Weekend overtime often available for those wanting extra hours
Immediate start available
Pay & perks:
Paid at National Minimum Wage
45p per mile paid for all driving between jobs
Opportunities to progress into Team Leader or Supervisor roles
The role:
You’ll be cleaning private homes across York as part of a team and will also be driving between appointments throughout the day.
This is a physically demanding role and cleaning is hard work, so you must be physically fit, active, and able to work at a fast pace whilst maintaining high standards.
Full training is provided, however a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.
You must:
Have a full UK driving licence
Have your own car available to use for work (essential)
Be comfortable driving for most shifts
Be reliable, trustworthy, and detail-focused
Be physically fit and able to carry out manual cleaning work
Be confident working independently and as part of a team
