The Role

At Artist Residence Bristol, our bedrooms are full of character, thoughtful details and little touches that help guests feel relaxed from the moment they arrive.
As part of our Housekeeping Team, you'll play an essential role in creating that experience. From beautifully presented bedrooms and sparkling bathrooms to fresh linen, perfectly arranged cushions and thoughtful finishing touches, your work helps create the first impression of every stay.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with the wider hotel team to ensure every guest arrives to a room that's welcoming, comfortable and ready to enjoy. Whether it's preparing rooms for new arrivals or looking after guests staying with us, you'll take genuine pride in helping create memorable experiences.
A Typical Day
Preparing bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standard.
Making beds, changing linen and replenishing guest amenities.
Ensuring every room is beautifully presented and ready for arriving guests.
Looking after public areas to keep the hotel welcoming throughout the day.
Reporting maintenance issues and helping maintain exceptionally high standards.
Supporting the wider hotel team to ensure guests enjoy a seamless stay.
Working efficiently while paying close attention to the smallest details.
Helping create the warm, welcoming atmosphere Artist Residence is known for.
About You
You'll take genuine pride in creating beautiful spaces and understand that the smallest details often make the biggest difference.
You're organised, reliable and enjoy working as part of a supportive team. You'll have a positive attitude, a great eye for detail and enjoy the satisfaction of preparing every room to the highest standard.
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is helpful, but it's your attitude, work ethic and pride in doing a great job that matter most.
