Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Take Away Food Shop Manager to lead our fast-paced food service operation. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met.
- Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, servers, and support personnel to deliver outstanding service.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock rotation to minimize waste and control costs.
- Enforce strict food safety and hygiene regulations in compliance with local health standards.
- Oversee customer interactions, handle complaints professionally, and ensure a positive experience for every guest.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of ingredients and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and operational procedures to optimize shop performance.
Experience
- Proven supervising or team management experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
- Extensive culinary experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Background in restaurant or hotel settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production.
- Previous experience in serving customers in a fast-paced setting such as take away shops or cafes.
- Knowledge of hospitality operations including barista or beverage service is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple priorities effectively.
