Hours: 40 per week | Monday–Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality, confidential administrative support to managers and colleagues across the service.
- Acting as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors, managing calls and ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.
- Coordinating referrals, admissions, reviews and maintaining accurate records for children and young people.
- Supporting the organisation and administration of examinations, including GCSEs, BTECs and other qualifications.
- Assisting with recruitment administration, onboarding processes and maintaining staff records.
- Managing diaries, meeting arrangements, post, deliveries and electronic access systems.
- Supporting financial processes including petty cash, invoices, expenses and purchasing activities.
- Maintaining accurate databases and documentation while ensuring compliance with safeguarding, data protection and regulatory requirements.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in an administrative role and excellent organisational skills.
- Is a confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Works effectively both independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Is competent using IT systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications.
- Can handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Is proactive, flexible and able to prioritise tasks while remaining calm under pressure.
- Is committed to safeguarding, professionalism and achieving the best outcomes for young people.
- Brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop within the role.

Castle Garden School is a brand-new independent specialist school for pupils with autism between 5 - 11 years of age.
Castle Garden School strives to provide effective, specialist education and support to autistic pupils and their families, which will allow pupils to achieve their full potential in education and life. Located in the town centre of Guildford, the school provides primary education and offers a unique mix of education and support to pupils within a wide spectrum of needs and abilities. Personalised teaching and learning in an autism specific environment allows pupils’ individual needs to be addressed completely and their capabilities fully realised.
