The Opportunity
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional aftersales experience.
From booking vehicles into the workshop through to keeping customers updated and handing their vehicle back, you'll ensure every customer receives a professional, efficient and friendly service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and managing their service and repair requirements
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Liaising with workshop technicians throughout the day
- Keeping customers informed on the progress of their vehicle
- Preparing estimates, invoices and vehicle handovers
- Promoting additional products and service plans where appropriate
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the journey
About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys looking after customers and takes pride in delivering an outstanding experience.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload
- A professional, positive and customer-focused approach
- Experience working within a franchised dealership is advantageous
- A full UK driving licence
