Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Assist with food preparation, presentation, and serving to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Support the team with general duties such as cleaning, organising supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness of the premises
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using basic maths skills to handle transactions
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed promptly during busy periods
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operation across all areas of the establishment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including food safety standards and hygiene protocols
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or food safety is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with customers and team members
- Basic maths proficiency for handling payments and order calculations
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different roles within the team
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
