About Staffr
Staffr is a Manchester-based recruitment agency helping seed-stage SaaS and AI startups build out their GTM and sales teams. We work with some of the most exciting early-stage companies backed by leading VC/PE firms. Founder-led, culture-first, and building a strong presence in the market — both as a business and as individuals within it.
The Role
We're looking for a content creator to help us show up consistently and distinctively on LinkedIn — across both personal profiles and the Staffr company page. You'll be working from a structured content plan and a well-defined brand voice, turning rough ideas, client wins, and industry insight into scroll-stopping posts.
This isn't generic corporate content. Our voice is direct, honest, and built for founders — short punchy lines, real numbers, real stories. You'll need to get inside that voice quickly and protect it consistently.
What you'll do
→ Write and format LinkedIn posts for personal profiles, rotating across three pillars: case studies/proof, industry/tips, and personal story → Create content for the Staffr company page — company milestones, culture, hiring announcements, and brand-building posts → Turn rough voice notes, anecdotes, or bullet points from the team into finished, on-brand posts → Maintain a rolling content calendar and keep pillar balance consistent → Source and repurpose client wins, placements, and team updates into proof-driven content → Occasionally support with simple visual assets (graphics, quote cards, milestone graphics) if you have that skillset
What we're looking for
→ Strong writing skills — comfortable with short, punchy, confident copy (not corporate-speak) → Experience with LinkedIn content, ideally B2B, agency, or founder-brand content → Able to take a rough brief and turn it into a finished post with minimal back-and-forth → Detail-oriented — you'll be handling real names, numbers, and client details, so accuracy matters → Comfortable working independently within a defined system (content pillars, tone guide, rolling calendar) → Design skills (Canva/Figma) a bonus but not essential
Why work with us
→ Flexible, part-time hours that fit around other work → Direct access to the founder — fast feedback, no layers of approval → Real creative ownership within a distinctive, established brand voice → Opportunity to grow scope as the relationship develops (more hours, more content types, more strategic input)
To apply
Send a couple of examples of B2B or personal-brand content you've written (LinkedIn posts ideally) along with your day/hourly rate.
Pay: £15.00-£30.00 per hour
