Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, demonstrating culinary expertise and creativity.
- Manage food preparation processes, including portion control and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques and food safety regulations.
- Excellent cooking skills with the ability to create diverse menus.
- Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing team dynamics effectively.
