APC Overnight is the UK's largest independent delivery network, with more than 100 locations nationwide. We are looking to recruit several Multi Drop Drivers to join our driver team.
Are you ready to hit the road and become a vital part of our dynamic delivery team? We're searching for a dedicated and customer focused Multi Drop Driver to join us in our Oxford Depot, Abingdon.
What You'll Do:
As a Multi Drop Driver, you'll be responsible for the delivery and collection of parcels within your allocated delivery route. This role is physically demanding. You'll be up and moving!
We'll provide you with a company vehicle and comprehensive training on our state-of-the-art driver handheld devices.
A typical day involves arriving at the depot, sorting your parcels into your route, performing your pre-departure checks then starting your deliveries.
Collections from customers also happen throughout the day and they are bought back to the depot for unload and debrief.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Professionalism and Strong Work Ethic
- Approachability and Friendliness
- Full Driving License with 6 Points or Less (No Bans in the Last 5 Years)
- Knowledge of local areas (Ideal)
Working Hours:
- 50 Hours per Week
- Saturday Shifts on a Rotational Basis
