Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Lead, train, and motivate staff across all departments including serving, kitchen, barista stations, and food production teams
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards to guarantee a safe dining environment
- Oversee food quality control, ensuring dishes meet company specifications and customer expectations
- Manage team schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative team management environment
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and control costs to maximize efficiency
- Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and food production processes
- Experience in hospitality environments such as hotels or cafes is highly desirable
- Hands-on experience with serving customers and barista duties adds valuable insight into guest service excellence
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
