MJM are looking for a part-time cleaner to complete 7.5 hours per week covering two clients in the Swansea Area.
Monday - 10:00am - 1pm
Thursday - 10:00am - 2:30pm
Both clients are in SA5 4SF
Driving Licence required as the location is in a remote area and you will be required to keep stock in your vehicle, Hoover, Mop etc. (this will of course be issued by MJM)
Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to meet health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and products
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet rolls as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to company policies
