Stable Hearth is an award winning casual Neapolitan Pizzeria & Enoteca situated in the west end of Darlington, Co.Durham.
Having just won Best pizzeria for the 6th consecutive year in the UK Italian Awards we are looking for new team members to join our busy kitchen team.
Here at Stable Hearth our passion is fantastic Authentic Italian food and Italian wines
We offer classic Neapolitan pizza, as good as you’ll find on the streets of Napoli. Not only do we serve true Neapolitan pizza, we also have a range of street food inspired sides, salads and desserts. Passion for Italian food goes along away in our operations and we are looking for new team members who can add to this and further develop what we bring to our customers.
We currently operate a 5 day week operation Wednesday to Sunday.
```Duties```
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Run the fritti and sides section during service
- Assist with food preparation tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely meal preparation
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding food handling, safety, and cleanliness and excellent time keeping.
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
