We are a busy estate agency managing a large rental portfolio and are looking for a practical, reliable Handy Person to join our team. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and no two days being the same.
Main Duties:
- Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance at rental properties
- Preparing homes for new tenants (small DIY, touch-ups, cleaning)
- Responding to minor call-outs from tenants and landlords
- General support duties such as deliveries, collections, and ad-hoc tasks
About You:
- Confident with general DIY, repairs, and maintenance
- Friendly, professional, and able to work independently
- Flexible and willing to turn your hand to a variety of jobs
- Full UK driving licence (van/tools can be provided)
