We are looking for virtual receptionists to join our dynamic and friendly team based at our offices in Whitchurch Cardiff.
Delivering exceptional customer service for our clients and their customers is our thing. As I mentioned, we have won many awards to prove it!
So, as you would expect the ideal candidate must be naturally customer focused and love going the extra mile for our clients.
As a virtual receptionist your main role is to answer inbound calls for various clients. We also book appointments, follow up leads, take payments etc. Having previous sales experience would be an advantage.
The ability to multitask is a must. The workload is varied and ever changing. One minute you can be booking somebody in for a decorating quote, the next call will be somebody wanting to view a property that is for sale. No 2 calls or 2 days are the same.
You will have excellent communication skills, accurate written skills and be calm under pressure!
You would be joining a great team! We are friendly, hard working and very supportive.
Working hours are between 8:30-18:00 over a 3 or 4 day fixed agreed working week.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
