What You'll Bring:
- A full and relevant Level 3 or 4 qualification in Playwork or Early Years.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in leading a team within SACC or early years setting.
- A thorough understanding of the appropriate frameworks, quality assurance and safeguarding practices.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- A warm, enthusiastic, and committed attitude to supporting children’s development
Your Role Will Include:
- Leading and motivating a small team of support workers and practitioners to deliver a high level of care.
- Supporting the update of Child Care plans, delivery, and evaluation of engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Ensuring a safe, secure, and inclusive environment for all children
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Supporting the setting’s compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements
- A willingness to undertake Continual professional Learning
