Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during Invisalign consultations, fittings, and adjustments with precision and confidence
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilise instruments, and ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and safety
- Provide comprehensive patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and offering reassurance throughout their treatment journey
- Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations
- Support patients in understanding their Invisalign treatment plans, including instructions for at-home care and follow-up appointments
- Coordinate appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize clinic flow and minimize patient wait times
- Communicate clearly with patients and team members to promote a positive, organized environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a dental nurse with a focus on orthodontic or Invisalign treatments preferred
- Strong patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of nursing principles, infection control protocols, and dental procedures
- Proficiency in IT systems used for record keeping and appointment management
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with patients and team members alike
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Valid nursing registration or certification as required by local regulations
