Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently and accurately
- Take orders from customers, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Manage cash transactions, process payments, and handle basic math calculations accurately
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and safety
- Ensuring all floor and bar areas are clean and upholding the sites standards!
Skills
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and customer service excellence
- Experience in bartending, serving, or working in a restaurant environment is preferred
- Understanding of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
- Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for billing and inventory management
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Proven ability to work well within a team while maintaining a positive attitude
- Good communication skills to engage with guests professionally and courteously
