We are currently seeking a Control Room Operator to work from our Control and Command Centre, based at our Head Office in Kenley. Reporting directly to the Control & Command Manager, the role will entail monitoring and actioning alarm signals.
The Role
Monitor and process electronic alarm signals
Provide a highly professional standard of customer care within the telephone service we provide to our clients in line with the security protocols required
Liaise with the emergency services when necessary.
Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Monitor CCTV and take the appropriate action in a speedy manner.
Act and always communicate in a clear and professional manner.

Experience with customer service or within a control room preferred.
Conditions of employment
The position is shift based, on a 2 Day/2 Night 12 hour shift pattern followed by 4 days off.
