We are looking for someone to join our Activities team PART TIME to provide our residents with activities and stimulation.
Position available to start as soon as DBS and references are back
Contract hours and shift times to be discussed on interview (either 9am-3pm or 10am-4pm must be Wednesday + 2 other days. )
Basic rate £12.71 per hour, enhancement of 50p per hour for weekends
Role specific duties-
# Organise and plan activity programmes reflecting Service User’s preferences
# Produce newsletter to inform Service Users and their relative/friends what’s going on
# Support Service Users to access internet and communication such as letter writing, Skype and FaceTime
# Plan events within allocated budget
# Ensure Service Users are at the heart of events and programmes to enhance their wellbeing
# Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support
Successful candidates to provide enhanced DBS. The expense of the disclosure to be met by the employee but can be deducted from first wage.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
