Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Joiner to join our bathroom installation team, specialising in Wetwall bathroom renovations. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out all joinery aspects of bathroom refurbishments, delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring every installation meets our exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install Wetwall shower panels and bathroom wall systems
- Carry out all joinery work associated with bathroom renovations
- Remove existing bathroom fixtures, fittings and wall coverings
- Construct and fit bathroom boxing, framework and bespoke joinery solutions
- Fit internal doors, facings, skirtings and finishing trims where required
- Work alongside plumbers, electricians and other trades to ensure projects run smoothly
- Ensure all installations are completed to a high standard with excellent attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, safe and professional working environment within customers’ homes
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout each project
Requirements
- Completed Modern Apprenticeship in Joinery
- Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience
- Experience fitting Wetwall systems and bathroom refurbishments preferred
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Own tools and transport (essential)
- Excellent finishing skills and eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused approach
