Are you a Private Client Solicitor looking to join a respected firm that genuinely values client care and invests in its people?
We're recruiting for a well-established and growing law firm in the Essex area. The role can be based from multiple sites across the area. This is an excellent opportunity to handle high-quality private client work, build long-term client relationships, and progress your career within a collaborative and supportive team.
The Role
You'll manage your own varied caseload, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Court of Protection matters
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients and their families
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and networking activities
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- Minimum 2 years' PQE in Private Client law
- Experience managing your own caseload of wills, probate, LPAs and Court of Protection matters
- Strong technical, drafting and client care skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A professional, empathetic and client-focused approach
Desirable:
- STEP qualification (or working towards it)
- Experience with trusts and estate planning
- Legal case management system experience
