We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our amazing housekeeping team at The Ainscow! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a luxurious brand where our friendly housekeeping staff thrive on delivering an excellent guest and member experience!
Duties:
- To assist in assigning and supervising the work the team according to the staffing model.
- To deputise in the Head Housekeepers absence and manage the department as required.
- To assist with co-ordinating the training and induction of staff ensuring records are kept.
- To check the bedrooms, corridors, staircases and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
- To liaise with the Front Desk staff on reporting of room status.
- To assist with drawing up special cleaning tasks and to keep records.
- To issue, repeat and control the guest supplies and advise the Hotel Manager of any purchasing requirements.
- To carry our paperwork, processes and administrative work as required by Roomzzz.
- To clean rooms as and when required.

This role is a 30 hour per week contract on a rota basis, which will include weekends and Bank Holidays. Hours are subject to hotel occupancy.
