Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Painter and Decorator to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will have expertise in both internal and external painting, with a proven track record in quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and clean surfaces for painting, ensuring proper adhesion and finish.
- Apply construction paint using various techniques and tools, including spray guns.
- Drive to job sites as required, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
- Follow all CSCS guidelines to ensure compliance and safety on-site.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in painting and decorating.
- Must possess own equipment (tools, safety gear, etc.).
- Blue CSCS card preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Must be conscientious, hard-working, enthusiastic, courteous, trustworthy, and a good team player.
