The Role: As a Store Manager, you’ll lead our PaPizza & Shakes store to
success—overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring every customer receives
an exceptional experience. You’ll inspire, develop, and motivate your team while maintaining
high standards of food quality, kitchen safety, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
● Operational & Financial Leadership: Take full accountability for business
performance, daily expenses, and profitability while driving local sales strategies to
meet target goals.
● Team Management & Development: Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing
team; conduct regular performance reviews, offer constructive feedback, and foster
staff growth.
● Quality & Safety Compliance: Uphold rigorous food safety, hygiene, and store
policy standards to consistently deliver top-quality food and maintain maximum
customer satisfaction.
● Inventory & Stock Control: Oversee stock levels, supplier ordering, waste
reduction, and loss prevention to optimize efficiency.
About You:
● 3+ years of management experience in fast food / QSR environments (pizza
industry experience strongly preferred).
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
● Full flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
● Strong leadership, team development, and crisis-management skills.
● Excellent communication, organizational, and operational abilities.
● Results-driven, with a core focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
● Right to work in the UK.

Role Requirements: This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying, and reaching.
You will work in dynamic kitchen environments (near ovens), cold storage areas, and assist
with store delivery logistics when required.

Pay: £42,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
