Loaders – Pinchbeck
Smart Solutions are looking for a Loaders to work with our waste and recycling client in Pinchbeck area. This will include distributing re-usable sacks, bins, and waste bags to residential properties.
Start Date: Friday 21st August 2026
Duration: 3 months
Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate:
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading refuse lorries efficiently and safely
- Litter picking and maintaining clean public areas
- Assisting with other duties as required to meet the needs of the business
What We’re Looking For:
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential
