We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
- Handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy to support administrative functions.
- Organising schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimise workflow.
- Assisting with correspondence, filing, and general administrative duties to ensure office efficiency.
- Supporting team members with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
- Ensuring the timely completion of administrative projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven office experience with a solid understanding of administrative procedures.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry purposes.
- Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and customer service interactions.
- Previous clerical experience is preferred but not essential; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are important.
