Such a brilliant role with an excellent group, known for its genuine care of its people which is recognised by those in and outside of the industry. In this role you’ll lead the entire FOH team, which has a strong management team in place too. Previous experience and that has a good understanding of the behind-the-scenes of management is important, but the main thing is being hands-on and being able to lead and train an excellent team where guest experience is paramount. The food here is British and pretty classic in style but sustainability and provenance are really important to this group so expect plenty of seasonal dishes too.
This place is something of a neighbourhood gem so there is a lot of walk-in trade alongside a lot of bookings for larger parties and events. The wider business operates across the whole of the capital, with more openings planned soon; so an amazing group to grow with and one that offers an awful lot of security and stability. The senior support team here is excellent too, you’ll have a lot of autonomy in your role but there is always support on hand should you need it.
