Self-employed pay: Up to £235 per day, including completion bonus £60k per year
PAYE salary: £43,000 basic or £45,000 with a solar qualification

Mirai Energy Recruitment is recruiting qualified Electricians to work across solar and renewable energy projects.
Both self-employed and PAYE options are available, with ongoing training and development for electricians looking to expand their renewable energy qualifications.
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
- AM2.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification.
- ECS Gold Card.
- Solar PV qualification desirable, although training can be provided.
- Battery Storage and EV qualifications would be advantageous.
- Strong electrical installation, testing and fault-finding skills.
- Professional and reliable approach.
