Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of properties, supervising maintenance teams, and maintaining excellent tenant relations. This role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of multiple properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance programmes.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to optimise operational efficiency.
- Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Monitor property budgets, expenses, and financial reporting to ensure cost-effective management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all managed properties.
- Carry out inventory and check out reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience within property industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams or contractors.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience in managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards across all aspects of property management.
Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
