We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic team members to join our FOH crew at Ria’s — a deep-pan pizza and natural wine spot with a big heart and even bigger energy.
Whether you're running food, pouring wine, chatting to tables, or clearing plates with speed and style, you’ll play a key role in helping our guests experience great — and making every service smooth, warm, and welcoming.

What you’ll do
Create great guest experiences
- Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and care
- Deliver efficient, friendly, and confident service
- Make personal connections with tables — you’re part of what makes their night great
- Support the team in delivering the best possible service, even when it’s busy
Be part of a strong, collaborative team
- Work closely with your teammates to keep things flowing
- Ask for support when needed, and offer it in return
- Communicate clearly on shift so nothing gets missed
- Represent the Ria’s vibe and culture with pride
Keep the space running smoothly
- Follow all steps of service and hygiene standards
- Stay organised and on top of your section, drinks, or floor
- Flag anything that’s broken, messy, or slowing us down
- Be proactive and have a problem solving mentality — tidy as you go, support your teammates, and always do the most helpful thing next
Keep learning and growing
- Take initiative to build your wine and product knowledge
- Be open to feedback and always looking to improve
- Help make things better — if something isn’t working, speak up
