Duties

- Support the catering team during events, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and storing food items appropriately.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in serving meals to customers, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Strong culinary skills, including cooking, meal preparation, and food preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience in catering is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
