Job Overview

Duties
- Safely operate and maneuver concrete mixer trucks across diverse terrains and construction sites
- Load and unload concrete materials, ensuring proper mixing ratios and delivery accuracy
- Conduct routine inspections of the truck’s mechanical systems, including engine, brakes, and mixer components
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors to coordinate delivery schedules and address any logistical issues
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations to ensure a secure working environment
- Assist with minor mechanical troubleshooting or maintenance tasks as needed to keep trucks in optimal condition
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience operating large trucks or mixers in a construction or industrial setting
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform routine inspections and minor repairs
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and excellent communication skills
