Senior Bank care assistant
Senior Bank Care assistant required for a small 17 bed care home.
The care home is located in Bideford
- qualifications needed : NVQ Level 2 and above , care home experience , medication trained or willing to take on medication training
0 hour Contract - To cover sickness , annual leave , general shift cover days and nights , Weekend cover if needed
Responsibilities :
- administering of medication
- running of the shift
- contact with other health care professional
- Assist residents with daily living activities , including personal care and mobility support.
-Maintaining accurate daily notes and records of all residents and communicate effectively with other health care professionals.
-Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the wellbeing of residents
Summary
As a senior bank care assistant , you will be essential in providing compassionate support to individuals in the care home. Working as a team with effective communication. Reporting to care management and senior staff members , your role will involves assisting with daily activities , personal care , implementing care documents and ensuring the well being of residents.
Pay: £14.50 per hour
