We’re hiring a curious and capable AI Delivery & Adoption Specialist to support the journey from early client conversations through mock-ups, development handover, quality assurance, training and post-launch support.
This is a varied, hands-on role for a natural problem-solver who enjoys working with people, learning quickly and turning unfamiliar challenges into practical solutions. You do not need to arrive with years of experience across every part of the role. We care more about attitude, potential and transferable skills, and we will support the right person to take increasing ownership as their experience and confidence grow.
You could be helping shape a client workflow, creating an AI-first mock-up, testing a new app, producing a training video or supporting a client as they begin using a new solution.
Working pattern and flexibility
37.5 hours across five days, Monday to Friday.
Core office hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–15:00 (25 hours).
A further 12.5 flexible hours to be worked around the core hours.
This is a hybrid role, with specific office days at our premises in Meltham, West Yorkshire, to be agreed. Regular office attendance will be required, so the role is not suitable for fully remote working.
Working hours may occasionally need to be adjusted around client meetings, presentations, launches and wider business requirements.
What you’ll be doing
- Support and increasingly lead feasibility conversations with clients to understand their goals, constraints and what is realistically deliverable
- Help turn agreed workflows into clear AI-first mock-ups for client review and approval
- Support the presentation of mock-ups and explain the proposed scope, trade-offs and delivery path clearly
- Help hand approved mock-ups into development and stay involved through build and refinement
- Test apps and workflow solutions thoroughly when they come back from development
- Identify, document and prioritise bugs, gaps and usability issues clearly
- Retest fixes and help make sure solutions are ready for client review and sign-off
- Support client acceptance testing and help polish each product before launch
- Create and maintain training videos, guides, walkthroughs and client-facing support content
- Help clients understand how to use each app confidently and effectively
- Support minor fixes, small changes and iterative improvements after launch
- Work closely with consulting, delivery and development colleagues to keep scope controlled, quality visible and progress clear
What we’re looking for
- A natural problem-solver who enjoys working through unfamiliar challenges and finding practical solutions
- Strong people and communication skills, with the confidence to build trust with clients and colleagues
- A quick learner who is comfortable working in a developing area where not every answer is already known
- Good attention to detail and the ability to spot issues before they become client problems
- The ability to listen well, ask useful questions and help turn client needs into a workable delivery plan
- Comfort using digital tools and a willingness to learn AI-first mock-up and prototyping tools
- The ability to explain ideas, trade-offs and instructions clearly to non-technical people
- Confidence creating clear training videos, walkthroughs or other instructional content
- A structured and organised approach, with good follow-through and the ability to manage several priorities
- A warm, practical and collaborative working style
- Comfort asking questions, receiving feedback and improving work quickly
- An interest in AI, automation, digital products and how they can be applied in real organisations
- Experience in digital delivery, QA, project coordination, customer success, training, operations, consulting or technical support would be useful, but is not essential
We are more interested in attitude, potential and transferable skills than a perfect CV. You may not have held this exact job title before or meet every point listed, but you could still be a strong fit if you are capable, curious, quick to learn and work well with people.
