Purpose and objectives of the role
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to gain experience in an office and manufacturing environment. No previous experience in QHSE is required as full training will be provided.
To support the QHSE team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks, while learning about quality, health & safety, and environmental processes.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Ensure that equipment is performing within the published specifications
- Assist with maintaining equipment and calibration records (full training provided)
- Help organize internal and external calibration activities
- Support updating supplier records and company databases
- Assist with maintaining company systems and documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the QHSE team
- Work with different teams across the business to support QHSE activities
- Assist with internal audits
All employees may be required to carry out other tasks as necessary for the business. These tasks will be appropriate to their skills and experience and will not be unreasonable.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications required, good standard of general education.
Willingness to work towards a QHSE related qualification.

- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic Microsoft Office applications

Experience
No previous experience required – full training will be provided. However, an interest in manufacturing process, QHSE, compliance or continuous improvement would be advantageous.
Pay: £24,960.00 per year
