We are currently recruiting a high calibre full-time [36.25hrs per week] Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service Team during our busy summer period. The role is Monday to Friday 8:55am – 5.10pm
Main duties will include:
- Providing a professional and efficient customer service to our Academic/Photography customers
- Dealing with customer incoming calls in a timely manner and updating the system accordingly
- Managing all enquiries accurately, keeping customers informed on the progress of their orders
- Processing customer emails on a daily basis, sending professional replies within expected time scales
- Approaching all administrative duties with an organised manner completing each job efficiently
- Working with other departments to achieve the best outcome, ensuring any issues are resolved
- Motivated to gain experience in all areas of the Customer Service department, embracing team work
- Support with training the departments temporary employees during seasonal periods
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Great communication skills, alongside the ability to listen to customer needs
- Have a good telephone manner
- Proficient in IT packages
- Be solutions orientated
- Have an organised, consistent approach with an enthusiastic, positive ‘can do’ attitude at all times
- Be able to work independently and well with others with a team player attitude
- Be able to work in a fast pace environment
