Are you an experienced Solicitor or Barrister looking for an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects that make a real difference to local communities?
Conwy County Borough Council is seeking a talented and motivated Principal Solicitor to join our Legal Services team. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in providing expert legal advice to officers, senior leaders and elected members on a diverse range of commercial, procurement and data protection matters, supporting the delivery of key Council priorities and services.
No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to work on varied and interesting projects that directly support the delivery of services across Conwy.
About You
We are looking for a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with experience in one or more of the following areas of law:
- Contracts and Partnership/Collaborative working arrangements
- Procurement
- Data protection
