Amplius is setting out on an ambitious Warm Homes Programmes, and we’re looking for a Project Manager to help us manage retrofit projects and deliver energy efficient improvements while providing an excellent customer experience.
Salary: £57,500 per year
Contract: Permanent, full time
Your week: 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.15pm
Location: Fortnightly attendance at our Peterborough office, with travel to our other offices in Rushden and Milton Keynes when required.

Snapshot of your role

Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of retrofit projects, from initial assessment and planning to execution and monitoring.

Provide effective line management, leadership and professional support to a team of three Retrofit Building Surveyors, ensuring clear objectives, performance management, wellbeing and continuous professional development.

Act as the primary operational contact for contractors and delivery partners

Develop and manage detailed project plans, programmes and delivery schedules.

Ensure compliance with: Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Guidance and DESNZ funding conditions, PAS2035, Building Safety requirements, Health and Safety legislation, and contract management.

Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and contractual obligations.

Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, implementing mitigation measures where required.

Review valuations, variations and payment applications in conjunction with Quantity Surveyors.
What you’ll need to thrive in this role
-
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on decarbonisation, retrofit and energy management.

Experience managing retrofit projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.

Excellent understanding of project planning, programme management and PAS 2035 principles.

Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with good knowledge of contract administration and management.

Familiarity with housing associations or social housing environments.

Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

A passion for excellence, and a track record of delivering results.
