About the role -
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Scholarship & Recruitment Officer to lead the day-to-day operations of the sport scholarship programme, provide performance lifestyle support to scholars and TASS athletes, and deliver recruitment across our broad range of sports.
This is a full-time, permanent role, some evening and weekend work and international travel will be required.

You will join a dynamic, collaborative and supportive performance team within the University of Nottingham Sport department, committed to creating an inclusive and accessible sporting environment where all students, regardless of background, identity, or ability, feel welcome and valued.

About you-
We are looking for an individual who is committed to ensuring a high-quality sport scholarship programme is delivered, can deliver performance lifestyle support to a high standard and recruit across a broad range of sports. You would be well-suited to this role if:

You have experience and a proven track record of successful scholarship programme and performance lifestyle delivery.

You are motivated by recruiting and supporting elite athletes, achieving high targets and being in a performance setting.

You have a collaborative and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to engage effectively with students and colleagues.

Knowledge and understanding of the higher education sporting environment, including the BUCS and other university competition structures.
