Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Axe throwing Instructor to join our team, experience would be preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating others and a background in sports coaching. This role involves teaching, health and safety and ensuring customers have a great experience.
Duties
- Deliver fun and engaging lessons that educate customers on the fundamentals of axe throwing
- Develop lesson plans that cater to different skill levels and learning styles.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants during sessions.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to organise sessions, competitions, or showcases.
- Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring they are safe and ready for use.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sports coaching or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate effectively.
- A passion for teaching and helping others develop their skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- First Aid certification is an advantage but not mandatory; training may be provided.
